WASHINGTON, Nov. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Tomorrow, November 29, at 1:00 pm EST, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights will release Working for Inclusion: Time for Congress to Enact Federal Legislation to Address Workplace Discrimination against Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Americans. Based on extensive research and expert testimony, including that collected at the Commission's public briefing on the subject, the report addresses the question of whether Congress needs to enact a law explicitly banning discrimination in the workplace based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
