CABC hosts Kick Off Briefing with Members of Parliament in Washington for Congressional Meetings

WASHINGTON, Nov. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today the CABC hosted a roundtable briefing with the following members of Parliament who are in Washington as part of the on-going outreach strategy by the Canadian government to raise awareness among US policy makers about the importance of NAFTA.

CABC Members discussed a wide range of topics with the Parliamentarians before the MPs headed to Capitol Hill.

"As the fifth round of NAFTA2.0 negotiations wrap up, it is more important than ever to remind Members of Congress in the US of how closely tied our economies are in North America.  We need each other now more than ever, and dialogue between law makers from Canada and the US helps underscore how much of our prosperity is intertwined with our neighbors," said Scotty Greenwood, CEO of the Canadian American Business Council.
