ClickSoftware Boosts Efficiency, Prioritizes Customer Experience Across Field Service Management

BURLINGTON, Mass., Dec. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ClickSoftware, the leading provider of field service management software, today announced notable highlights from the second half of 2017, with milestones ranging from enhanced capabilities for the company's flagship offering, Click Field Service Edge, to a strategic reseller agreement with SAP. Industry recognition from Gartner positions ClickSoftware as a leader in Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.   • predictive task duration to increase accuracy of field work duration
