MOLINE, Ill., May 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Deere & Company (NYSE: DE) Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.46 a share on common stock, payable August 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012.
