Named Senior Vice President of Rates and Regulatory Affairs

HOUSTON, May 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- NiSource Gas Transmission & Storage (NGT&S) today announced that Georgia Carter will join the company's leadership team as Senior Vice President of Rates and Regulatory Affairs for Columbia Gas Transmission, Columbia Gulf Transmission and Crossroads Pipeline.

Carter will join NGT&S on June 4, 2012. Recently, she served as Deputy General Counsel for Gas Transmission and Distribution for Dominion Resources Services, Inc. Prior to that, Carter held a variety of leadership roles in the law department and marketing group of Consolidated Natural Gas Company and Dominion Resources.
