Curtis as Swiss-Tech's president and a member of the board of directors, effective immediately. Mr. Curtis brings more than 25 years of relevant industry experience to Swiss-Tech's leadership having previously served as COO of Symmetry Medical, Inc. since 2008.

Prior to joining Swiss-Tech, Mr. Curtis served in several leadership roles with incremental responsibilities at Symmetry Medical from 2002 to 2011, culminating in his role as the Company's COO. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Curtis served as Vice President of Operations for Lightchip, Inc. a telecommunications start-up and from 1998 to 2000, he served as Vice President/General manager of Communications Products at Thomas & Betts Corporation. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Curtis was employed at Amphenol Aerospace – Amphenol Corporation, initially as a Business Unit Manager and subsequently as Director of Filter Products. From 1976 through 1994, Mr. Curtis served in various capacities at Hamilton Standard Division of United Technologies Corporation, the last of which was Product Line Manager. 

Mr. Curtis received a B.S., M.B.A. and M.S. in Engineering Management from Western New England College.
