SQF 2000, administered by the Food Marketing Institute (FMI), is an internationally recognized quality certification system providing verifiable assurance that products have been produced in accordance with rigorous quality standards. Benchmarked by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GSFI), the standard incorporates Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) methods and other requirements.
