Alan Bratton Resigns as CEO of Paranet Solutions
DALLAS, May 31, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Paranet Solutions, a leading IT infrastructure systems integration and consulting firm, announced today that Alan Bratton has resigned his position of CEO.

Under Bratton's leadership, Paranet Solutions has become an industry leader in IT services delivery. As co-founder and Managing Partner of Valeo Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm and lead investor in Paranet, Bratton led the acquisitions of Digital Reach, Abacus Technical Services and Knowledge Tranzfer to build Paranet's current suite of solutions. For the past three years, Paranet Solutions has been named to the SMU Cox Institute for Entrepreneurship's Dallas 100 list, recognizing the Company as one of the fastest growing privately-held entrepreneurial business in Dallas.

He will continue to sit on the Board of Directors for the Texas Regional Council of TechAmerica, Valeo Capital and the Plano Arts and Cultural Endowment.
Paranet's Board of Directors plans to explore a full range of options as it considers Alan's successor. Current Board Member David Truetzel has been asked to serve as interim Chief Executive Officer.
