Simon Malls in Chicagoland to Host Region's First Ever Franchise Fair at Lincolnwood Town Center
Event to connect prospective business owners with franchise opportunities

LINCOLNWOOD, Ill., June 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Are you interested in owning your own business? Are you a franchise looking for enthusiastic owner operators? Simon Property Group, Inc. (NYSE: SPG) will host a Franchise Fair to bring together prospective owners and franchise representatives on Saturday, August 18 from 12 – 4 p.m. at Lincolnwood Town Center (3333 West Touhy | Lincolnwood, IL 60712).
Franchises looking for promising franchise owners will be at the mall to discuss opportunities for owning a location. Information will also be available from organizations that provide necessary and valuable resources for prospective business owners, including banks, consultants and legal services. Supporting nonprofit groups, such as the Small Business Advocacy Council, will also be represented.

Leasing representatives from 12 Simon properties will be on-hand to discuss opportunities for franchise locations throughout Illinois including: Aurora (Chicago Premium Outlets), Huntley (Huntley Outlet Center), Bloomingdale (Bloomingdale Court), Bourbonnais/Kankakee (Northfield Square), Calumet City (River Oaks Center), Countryside (Countryside Plaza), Crystal Lake (Crystal Court), Gurnee (Gurnee Mills), Matteson (Matteson Plaza), Orland Park (Orland Square Mall and Lakeview Plaza) and Rockford (Forest Plaza).
