Kroger Breaks Ground at Griffin Pavilion

 

GRIFFIN, Ga., April 30, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The Kroger Co. and Collins & Arnold have broken ground on Phase II of Griffin Pavilion, a retail development located at GA Highway 16 and GA Highway 19/41 in Griffin, which was developed by The Sofran Group.

The final phase of the project will consist of a 94K SF Kroger Grocery Store with associated surface parking and an 18- pump Kroger Fuel Center.  The grocery store site will include a 20K SF future expansion area.  Phase I of Griffin Pavilion was completed in 2004 and includes a Lowes Home Center, O'Reilly Auto Parts and Wells Fargo bank.

The Sofran Group currently has plans to redevelop the adjacent Griffin Market Square, a 46,960 SF retail center originally built in the 1970's.  For available retail space call Roy Martin at 770-351-9300.
