MINNEAPOLIS, March 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Minnesota chapter of the Business Marketing Association (BMA-Minnesota) will host Rob Silas, CEO and Co-Founder of Numerical Truth on April 17, 2012 for a discussion on of the "Top Trends in Marketing — Social Media Monitoring and Performance Data." The session will be held at the Metropolitan Ballroom & Clubroom in St. Louis Park, Minn. from 7:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
Silas' presentation will provide an overview and case study with performance data, social monitoring, and a roadmap on how to use social listening to more effectively engage audiences and provide insights to the entire organization. "This data has the potential to re-shape the way we learn about and interact with our customers and markets. The current challenge for many is how to find the actionable insights from this 'Big Data;' how to do it quickly and efficiently, and apply the learnings to all parts of the organization."
