"The mission of Wounded Warrior Project is to honor and empower wounded warriors and we are excited that USPC has developed this deck to support our cause," says Brea Kratzert, Manager of Strategic Partnerships. WWP was formed when several veterans and friends who were inspired by stories of the first wounded service member returning home from Afghanistan and Iraq, took action to help others in need. WWP seeks to raise awareness and enlist the public's aid for the need of injured service members; to help injured servicemen and women aid and assist each other, and to provide unique, direct programs and service to fit their needs.
Roy Gifford the VP of Marketing at USPC says, "The United States Playing Card Company is very honored and proud to be a partner of Wounded Warrior Project and assist in their efforts to provide for our nation's wounded soldiers. As a company we are dedicated to supporting organizations that give back to communities and special causes." The Wounded Warrior Project Deck will be available in stores and online at www.bicyclecards.com May, 2012.
