Denver Development Company, Craft DeLay, Acquires Blake 27 Luxury Townhomes

DENVER, Feb. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Denver-based development company, Craft DeLay , recently acquired the remaining 11 of the 24 luxury brownstone townhomes located at Blake Street and 27th Avenue in downtown Denver. The project known as Blake 27 consists of two and three bedroom floor plans with attached two-car garages, rooftop decks and balconies.

"Blake 27 is an extremely unique and appealing property," said Tim Craft, principal at Craft DeLay.  "Its location, quality construction and unique floor plans are just some of the things that impressed me. When the project became available we knew that we wanted to acquire it; now that the Denver luxury market is stabilizing the time was right to make the acquisition."

Craft DeLay partnered in the transaction with the San Diego, CA-based Pathfinder Partners LLC.

"Inventory in the Denver market is rapidly decreasing making us confident that buyer interest in Blake 27 will be strong," adds Craft. "Further adding to the project's appeal is a stable homeowners association with ample reserve funds; the rarity of a downtown townhome with ample outdoor living space and attached parking and the prices, which will start in the low $300,000's."

In addition, Blake 27 townhomes offer views of Coors Field, the mountains and Denver's skyline and is located just blocks from the light rail.  Blake 27's Grand Opening is Saturday February 25, 2012.
