CTI Group Unveils Analysis Core 1.05 and Achieves Oracle ExaData Certification


INDIANAPOLIS, March 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. (OTCBB:CTIG), a leading developer of telecommunications solutions for fixed, mobile and converged communications, today announced the launch of Analysis Core 1.05, the latest version of its industry standard enterprise level billing analytics solution for telecommunications providers. This release of Analysis also ships with the Oracle PartnerNetwork ExaData Ready status.

With this release and another to soon follow, the Analysis solution delivers our carrier partner end-users with an enhanced feature set for billed communication cost analysis and management.  Amanda Pearson, Analysis Product Manager states "The Split-Charging and Multiple Instances modules add yet another way for end user to extract meaningful and actionable information from their billing data."

When used in combination or independently, the split-charging and multiple instance tools enable the re-assignment of charges from a handset or cost centre to another for budgeting  while also allowing for individualized reporting of lines with several different users.

Other key elements to this Analysis Core 1.05 release include Enhanced filters for bespoke report creation, user defined naming rights for handsets/lines and refined company and user uploads to utilize background activities allowing the user to continue reporting.
