She will develop and manage Pacific Union International's brand and marketing initiatives and create brand positioning and value propositions to support the company's continued growth and vision for success.
"We're very pleased to welcome Felicia's high-impact, strategic, branding and digital expertise to Pacific Union International," said CEO Mark A. McLaughlin. "Her experience and insights make her the ideal candidate to take our brand marketing efforts to the next level, and we are looking forward to furthering and expanding the Pacific Union International name and vision under her leadership."
"What drew me to Pacific Union International is its relentless commitment to creating a truly differentiated brand by abiding by its core values and beliefs – to exceed client expectations through trust, integrity, and teamwork," said Felicia Chan. "I am thrilled to join the team."
Felicia started her career at Procter & Gamble where she benefited from world class brand training. She moved on to Revo as the director of brand marketing, where she helped the disruptive sunglass manufacturer quadruple sales and develop its brand in 20 global markets.
Felicia then spent 9 years at Peet's Coffee & Tea and helped create the branding and marketing message to expand into the grocery channel, e-commerce, and licensed-partnerships arena. As director of brand and creative services, Felicia owned the "brand experience" across all marketing channels.
Most recently, Felicia was the director of brand identity at Charles Schwab & Co. where she oversaw brand identity strategy and implementation in the firm's retail, institutional, and banking divisions. In addition to updating the brand identity with a more contemporary look and feel, she spearheaded digital initiatives to drive stronger brand differentiation in native Web, tablet, and mobile devices, making sure all brand messaging and experiences were consistent with strategic objectives.
Felicia is a graduate of Yale University, where she earned B.A. degrees in economics and political science.
