Digonex Files Lawsuit Asserting Patent Infringement by Qcue
Digonex Protects a Decade of Innovation and Technological Development
INDIANAPOLIS, March 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Digonex Technologies, Inc. today announced the filing of a patent infringement lawsuit against Qcue, Inc. in the United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division. The lawsuit claims infringement of two Digonex patents related to its dynamic pricing technology:
- Patent # 8095424 - Dynamic pricing of items based on sales criteria
- Patent # 8112303 – Digital online exchange for pricing items to exhaust inventory by an expiration time
