Bugaboo Americas' President, Kari Boiler, Leaves the Brand She Cultivated in the North American Market
EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Feb. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Kari Boiler spent 10 years building the iconic Bugaboo brand known for mobility and modern parenting by first launching the brand in the US market as Marketing Director and then growing into Canada and Mexico. For the last four years she has led Bugaboo Americas as President.
She built the brand from the ground up with 15 strollers in her garage to an iconic brand that also greatly influenced the modern parenting category. As part of the Global Management Team, Kari stewarded the brand through the launch of several key products as well as Bugaboo's successful first regional E-Commerce site and the opening of Bugaboo's flagship store in Los Angeles. She emphasized and collaborated on strong marketing platforms that transcended the category as well as developed a diversified distribution network and relationships that continuously grew the brand year over year.
