L'Oreal Paris Unveils Mexico Media Personality, Martha Debayle, as a Spokesperson for the Excellence Creme Pro-Keratine Hair Color Collection
NEW YORK, Aug. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- L'Oreal Paris is pleased to announce a partnership with one of Mexico's most prominent media personalities, Martha Debayle, as the new face for Excellence Creme Pro-Keratine Hair Color. TV and print advertising campaigns featuring Debayle will begin running in September, and appear across the United States and Mexico in both English and Spanish.
"We are proud to have Martha Debayle as the newest member of the L'Oreal Paris family," says President of L'Oreal Paris, Karen Fondu. "Martha is quite an accomplished woman – a successful television and radio personality and entrepreneur, she is an inspiration among Hispanic women and truly embodies the modern Latina living in the United States."
As one of the most influential and recognized women in Latin America, Martha Debayle is known for her vast accomplishments. Born in Nicaragua, she moved to Long Island, New York at a very young age where she lived the first 11 years of her life and then moved to Mexico City with her family. Since the early 90's, Debayle has built a strong presence within the Mexican media landscape as an acclaimed television host within the nation's top broadcast networks and as a trusted, on-air expert for Televisa. In 2000, inspired by the lack of available information to new moms, she founded BBMundo, a multimedia company that provides comprehensive advice and editorial content on women's health, pregnancy and fertility, child development and general parenting advice. Today, BBMundo has become an important and reliable resource within the Mexican mom community. Most recently, Martha Debayle has gained notoriety through her popular radio talk show on W Radio, continuing to provide helpful advice on motherhood and inspiring millions of women. This wife and mother of two children was also honored by newspaper El Universal as one of the "10 Most Beautiful Presenters in the Country," recognizing Martha for both her inner and outer beauty.
"Looking good allows me to feel my best and take on the world. My hair is my favorite feature, so I can't compromise when it comes to my color," says Debayle. "I love the empowering nature of L'Oreal Paris hair color and adore how this hair color collection fits into and enhances my multi-faceted life."
Excellence Creme Pro-Keratine is the only Triple Protection hair color that gives women the richest color and the ultimate care. All with zero grays. The formulation of this at-home hair coloring system features an exclusive keratin complex to reinforce hair's inner structure to recreate the soft, silky texture of healthy, younger hair. It is available in 43 shades at mass, food and drug retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $8.99.
With this announcement, Martha Debayle joins an all-star roster of notable Latina women representing L'Oreal Paris, including Jennifer Lopez and Eva Longoria.
