Ocean Prime Indianapolis Opens Today
INDIANAPOLIS, June 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Ocean Prime, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants' acclaimed modern American supper club, opens Thursday, June 7, in the Keystone Crossing Corridor in Indianapolis at 8555 N. River Road. Led by executive chef Shawn O'Brien and general manager Greg Sage, Ocean Prime offers the highest quality seafood and steaks, handcrafted cocktails and world-class wines in an exquisite atmosphere with award-winning hospitality.
Ocean Prime's signature dishes showcase simple flavors, from white truffle caviar deviled eggs to jumbo lump crab cake with sweet corn cream and classic steaks and chops with enhancements including garlic shrimp scampi. Guests can indulge in desserts such as blueberry lemon cheesecake and chocolate-peanut butter pie.
Award-winning wines complement O'Brien's compositions.
