The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company Declares Third Quarter Dividend

MARYSVILLE, Ohio, May 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE: SMG), the world's largest marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden products, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a cash dividend of $0.30 per share. The dividend is payable Friday, June 8, 2012, to shareholders of record on Friday, May 25, 2012.
